A Sumter man out on bond for a previous armed robbery charge has been arrested again, this time for allegedly robbing a bank on Saturday morning. Marion Kelly III, 53, is now facing a new armed robbery charge following the incident at Wells Fargo, where he reportedly handed a note to a teller demanding money while making threats, though no weapon was produced.

Authorities recovered the stolen cash concealed in his clothing, leading to speculation about his state of mind and whether further legal action might follow. As police continue their investigation, the community is left asking how this man, already facing serious charges, was free to commit another crime.
