A 33-year-old Fargo man, Larry Smith-Redman, is charged with multiple offenses including terrorizing and domestic violence following a tense altercation with his boyfriend. The incident, which occurred around 2 a.m. while they were moving furniture, escalated to Smith-Redman allegedly pointing a handgun at his partner, leading to a struggle that resulted in the weapon discharging.

The victim reported not only being threatened with the firearm but also suffering physical injuries when Smith-Redman bit his face and hand during the confrontation. Law enforcement discovered a bullet entry hole in a microwave, highlighting the potential danger of the situation. Smith-Redman was subsequently arrested and faces serious legal consequences.
