Three residents of Providence have been arrested for allegedly operating an illegal car rental business that served as a front for facilitating gun violence and drug trafficking, according to the Rhode Island State Police. Wilson Ventura, Myishia Johnson, and Algelys Ventura face multiple charges including possession of stolen firearms and intent to deliver narcotics.
