A federal lawsuit has been filed in Connecticut aiming to challenge the state’s law that prohibits individuals under 21 from purchasing and carrying handguns. The Second Amendment Foundation and two Connecticut residents, Samuel Towne and Zachary Succow, argue that the age restriction is a violation of their rights, as they fulfill all other qualifications for handgun ownership.
