In a coordinated effort, the Lethbridge Police Service and ALERT Calgary have arrested three individuals and seized notable quantities of illegal drugs and firearms in two separate operations. Among the items confiscated are three handguns and an estimated $320,000 worth of drugs, including over two kilograms each of cocaine and methamphetamine, following a search warrant executed on May 22 in Calgary’s Seton neighborhood.
Simultaneously, another bust in Lethbridge resulted in the capture of 3.6 kilograms of cocaine and multiple types of controlled substances, totaling nearly $500,000 in drug value. The suspects, including Kay-Jay Swann, who has a prior firearms prohibition, now face serious charges related to drug trafficking and possession. Law enforcement remains vigilant in tackling drug-related crimes, with ongoing investigations expected to lead to further charges.
