The Supreme Court has granted a motion to extend the response deadline in the significant case of Wolford v. Lopez, set now for June 4, 2025. This case centers on the Ninth Circuit’s ruling that Hawaii can restrict licensed concealed carry permit holders from carrying handguns on private property open to the public, unless property owners explicitly consent.

Bruen.
