Shane Tamura, the gunman responsible for a shooting that claimed four lives in a New York City office building, legally held a concealed carry permit from Nevada, despite a documented history of mental health issues. Authorities confirmed that Tamura had more than one mental health incident in the past two years and was arrested for trespassing, yet he legally purchased an AR-15-style rifle from his supervisor at a Las Vegas casino.
