An armed robbery occurred at a convenience store in Lyons, Colorado, leaving the suspect at large and prompting an investigation by the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. At around 7:30 p.m. on July 18, a man brandishing a handgun entered The Circle K, where he stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before fleeing the scene on foot. Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, wearing dark pants and a distinctive black and white hoodie featuring angel wings. Law enforcement responded quickly, deploying K-9 units and drones in an extensive search effort, but the individual managed to escape. Authorities warn that he should not be approached and urge anyone with information to contact them at (303) 441-4444.
