C&H Precision Family of Companies (C&H), parent company of C&H Precision, has acquired Paragon, a highly regarded weapon light cleaning solution company based in Florida. In 2023, the firm acquired a majority stake in Paragon from its founding members, initiating a strategic partnership designed to enhance the capabilities and market presence of both companies. As of June 2024, C&H has completed the acquisition and assumes full ownership of Paragon.

Paragon harnessed the owners’ U.S. Marine Corps and law enforcement years of experience to create a simple solution that allows a light’s lens to be cleaned effectively without complete removal of the unit. After countless hours of research, the company arrived at a formula that worked, but it took another eight months of experiment to get ingredients in the ratio. The final solution quickly proved to be a popular choice, Paragon WLC, which is now carried by a variety of retailers.
C&H broke ground on its new home in Bryan County, Ga., in March of 2024. When finished, the facility in Richmond Hill will span 50,000 sq.-ft., create up to 60 jobs and become a place for the entire community to gather. All of Paragon operations will be based out of C&H headquarters upon completion of the complex.
