East Greenwich police have arrested 57-year-old Wilfredo Alarcon in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at a Citizens Bank in Mystic, Connecticut. Although no firearm was found in the car, he faces serious charges including first-degree robbery and criminal possession of a firearm, with a bond set at $400,000. Police commend the detectives for their rigorous 30-hour effort in securing the arrest warrant.
