Stuff for most people you can fit in other, things but a lot of other things won’t be able to. Fit you won’t be able to fit in the junk as. Easily so focus on protein intake and your water intake and then the stuff after. That obviously you need carbs and, fats just keep your body running. Normal some people have done the keto, whatever there’s a lot Other there’s a lot of options out. There try to figure out what works for you that you are able to, follow so it doesn’t have to be anything, specific, healthy. Measurable whatever works for you is what you should be.

That just get moving each, day try to get, moving and then whatever it is you do like and want to stick, to try to hone in on. That so whatever’s going to create consistency for, you then do, that.
