Authorities have identified Florida State University student Phoenix Ikner, 20, as the suspect in a shooting that left two people dead and six others injured near the campus student union. The weapon used in the attack is confirmed to be a former service weapon belonging to Ikner’s mother, who is a deputy sheriff in Leon County.
