The Harrisburg Police Department is launching a program to distribute free doorbell cameras to residents in neighborhoods most affected by gun violence. With funding from a recent grant, the department plans to provide 133 “Blink” cameras along with mounted lights, which will be installed by a contractor at no cost to the residents.

Interested residents will be contacted directly by the Community Services Division to participate in the program.
