Responding to reports of a suspicious person, officers discover Lutz has an active arrest warrant and observe what appears to be a handgun in his waistband.
During the arrest attempt, Lutz resists, leading to a brief physical altercation before officers take him into custody without injuries. Authorities recover a loaded 9mm ghost gun and additional loaded magazines alongside knives and a ski mask. Lutz is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and several misdemeanors, with bail set at $50,000.
