Richard Shawn Owens, a 39-year-old resident of Lewisburg, West Virginia, is sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after being found in illegal possession of multiple firearms. The case, part of the Project Safe Neighborhoods initiative, aims to reduce violent crime by targeting repeat offenders while promoting community safety and rehabilitation.
