On May 4, officers conducting routine checks observed Rivera and three others fishing on the property’s dock around 3 a.m., where they found a suspicious vehicle containing open alcohol containers and ammunition.

Set with a bail of $5,000, Rivera is now banned from the historic site and is scheduled to appear back in court on May 8 for an additional arraignment.
