An Orland Park man has been charged with attempted murder after a domestic violence call escalated into a violent confrontation, causing the death of a 16-year-old girl and serious injuries to a 48-year-old woman in Lyons Township. Juan Carlos Perez-Abarca, 35, was apprehended by police while holding the woman at knifepoint, shortly after he had stabbed both victims.
