Terrance Barnett Robinson Jr., 34, is charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Kyle Prisco, which occurred last June in New Tampa. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, evidence collected during an extensive investigation confirmed Robinson’s significant involvement that led to Prisco’s death, prompting the elevation of his charges from accessory to murder.

The incident unfolded when Prisco was approached and shot multiple times by Forest Isaiah Jackson, who emerged from a vehicle driven by Robinson. Witnesses and surveillance footage reveal the sequence of events leading up to the shooting, highlighting Robinson’s actions shortly before the altercation began. Both men fled the scene together, and subsequent charges have been announced as investigators piece together the events surrounding this violent crime.
