A Nashville man, Laprince Beach, 44, was arrested on Thursday after officers discovered 2.7 pounds of cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop and subsequent home search. Beach’s Hyundai Sonata was initially pulled over due to a registration violation, leading police to find crack cocaine and marijuana within the vehicle.

Upon searching Beach’s residence, authorities uncovered additional drugs, drug paraphernalia, and multiple handguns, three of which were reported stolen over the past few years. With a criminal history that includes nine prior felony convictions for drug offenses, Beach faces nine new felony charges related to drug and weapon possession, along with other misdemeanors. He is currently held on a $192,000 bond.
