In 2017, Daniel Defense, known for its AR-15-type rifles, became one of the first established manufacturers to offer a firearms suppressor that was constructed by metal additive manufacturing, a process commonly known as “3D printing.” Known as the DD Wave, it was a pioneering step in lightweight, high-performance suppressors. New for 2026, Daniel Defense is introducing two new 3D-printed suppressors, with the MUTE30Ti and the NULL9Ti.

The MUTE30Ti is designed for bolt-action and precision rifles.
The internal architecture of the MUTE30Ti is designed for maximum sound reduction, reduced recoil impulse and controlled flash signature.
Both the MUTE30Ti and NULL9Ti use a HUB-compatible mounting system.

As the company states, the two new suppressors showcase “two distinct approaches to sound and signature management.” The MUTE30Ti is designed for bolt-action and precision rifles with maximum sound reduction, reduced recoil impulse and controlled flash signature. Using weldless construction, it is made of 3D-printed titanium and weighs 8.3 ounces.

With an overall length of 6.86 inches, its diameter is only 1.55 inches to prevent the suppressor from intruding into a mounted optic’s field-of-view. Using a HUB-compatible mount, the suppressor comes with a 5/8×24 TPI direct-thread mount. The MUTE30Ti is magnum rated up to a .300 Win. Mag. It has an MSRP of $899.

The NULL9Ti is designed for pistol-caliber carbines.
The internal architecture of the NULL9Ti is designed to minimize blowback.

The NULL9Ti is designed for pistol-caliber carbines (PCCs), with a high-flow design to minimize blowback. It also uses weldless construction and is made of 3D-printed titanium, weighing only 4.4 ounces. With an overall length of 5.08 inches, it has a diameter of 1.41 inches. The NULL9Ti is rapid-fire-rated for supersonic 9 mm Luger and subsonic .300 Blackout with no barrel-length restrictions, or semi-auto rated for supersonic .300 Blackout with a minimum barrel length of 7 inches. Using a Mini-HUB compatible mounting system, it comes with a 1/2×28 TPI direct thread mount. It has an MSRP of $699.

Designed for PCCs, the NULL9Ti is rated for 9 mm Luger and .300 Blackout.
