Ernest Landgon, founder of Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT), got his start with Beretta handguns in the Marine Corps, followed by time spent as a competitive shooter with Team Beretta, and ending up as a custom gunsmith. Based on that experience, it makes sense that two of LTT’s specialties are Beretta handguns and shotguns. The latest product of this collaboration is the LTT 80X Cheetah in .32 ACP.

The LTT 80X applies the upgrades that the company provides to the 92-series to Beretta’s newest Cheetah. The model is now offered in .32 ACP.

Known for customizing Beretta 92/M9 and PX4 handguns, LTT began applying those upgrades to Beretta’s updated Cheetah handgun, the 80X, in 2025. The new LTT 80X adds more options and features and also introduces the .32 ACP chambering to the 80X line. The .32 ACP cartridge allows for reduced recoil, while offering excellent cross-sectional density and being available in a wide variety of quality self-defense loads. All LTT 80X pistols are given a custom trigger job that results in an approximately 6-pound double-action pull and 4-pound single-action trigger pull, with optimized overtravel. The .32 ACP pistols are supplied with two 12-round magazines.

Upgraded LTT 80X Beretta Cheetah
Upgrade options for the LTT 80X include Langdon’s slide cut for direct mounting a Holosun EPS Carry optic and a Bevel Carry package with NP3 coated controls and internals (both pictured).

Pricing on the LTT 80X in .32 ACP starts at $755 for the all-black model with an extended and threaded barrel or a bronze frame, black slide, and non-threaded Inox barrel. With bronze frame, black slide, and black threaded barrel the MSRP is $825. Adding a slide cut for direct mounting a Holosun EPS Carry optic (the standard versions are optics-ready with the factory plate mounting system) for a lower profile and stronger mount, ups the price by $120. The LTT Carry Bevel package involves dehorning the frame and slide and refinishing them in Cerakote or nitride, and then giving controls, internal parts, and magazines an NP3 coating. This upgrade costs $500. Other options include a wraparound LOK Grip ($125) and a factory-mounted EPS Carry optic ($330). For more information, see Langdon Tactical Technology’s website.
