The exhibit hall floor of the Georgia World Congress Center, host to the 2025 NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits, is bursting with new guns and gear for the year. While several brands came to the show with brand-new announcements, others came to display their previously announced products from 2025’s SHOT Show and NRA’s Great American Outdoor Show. Here’s a look at just a few of the thousands of guns and accessories you can see at the show.
BANISH 30-V2
New for 2025 from BANISH Suppressors, a division of Silencer Central, is one of the latest user-configurable sound suppressors. The new BANISH 30-V2 builds on the original .30-cal. version, making it smaller by 0.8”, lighter by 1.8 oz. and quieter, all while supplying the industry-standard HUB mount for added versatility. Built from titanium, the new 30-V2 measures 8.17” long at its fullest, comes with 11 internal baffles and weighs a staggering 12.4 ozs. Due to its modular design, users can simply unscrew the top portion to create a 6.4”-long suppressor that weight 9.5 ozs while retaining eight internal baffles. Company testing claims an average decibel reduction of 34.4 dB with a .308-cal. rifle. CZ USA Shadow 2 Carry
Rooted in competition, the CZ USA Shadow series of hammer-fired, semi-automatic, centerfire pistols have seen a few design changes over the years. And for 2025, CZ USA has added a carry version of its Shadow 2. This all-new, optic-ready, everyday carry (EDC) pistol in 9 mm Luger, like its full-size counterparts meant for competition use, offers up a few features otherwise unseen on those bullseye blasters of the past. Making EDC as secure and comfortable as possible, CZ has added a combination of parts to enhance safety, with a decocking/safety lever on the outside, a hammer safety notch and an automatic firing pin block inside. Like other models in the Shadow line, this new Shadow 2 Carry comes complete with a well-tuned trigger system, cold hammer-forged barrel, forged aluminum frame and machined aluminum grips. JK Armament 195 SGX 20GA
Based out of Hammett, Idaho, JK Armament announced it has created suppressor specifically designed for 20-ga. shotguns. Available in black or FDE, the new 195 SGX 20GA suppressor for shotguns is a modular system, which makes it user-configurable for different scenarios, whether that be in the hunting fields, at the range for fun or down and dirty in serious competition. The SDX 20GA sectional design allows for configurations as short as 3.375” for close-in work, like home defense of working out of a duck blind or boat, or it can be extended out to 12.2″ for maximum sound-moderating capability. Interestingly, JK Armament devised a choke cap system that can be changed in seconds to control shot-pattern constriction. Mossberg 990 Aftershock
New for 2025, from O.F. Mossberg & Sons, is a semi-automatic firearm in 12 gauge dubbed the 990 Aftershock. This latest enhancement to the scattergun lineup at Mossberg is designed to deliver fast follow-up shots in an extremely compact package. At just over 27” long, the 990 Aftershock weighs a hair over 6 lbs. and uses a 14.75” barrel with 3” chamber and fixed cylinder bore; The firearm includes a front fiber-optic sight, too. Mossberg supplies this gun with an AfterShock grip attached to the rear of the aluminum receiver. This is where users can get a firm grip with minimized recoil, thanks to the soft rubber inlay. At the grip’s rear is a swivel stud port and QD socket for slings. The strapped fore-end is a handy addition, too, helping to secure the user’s support hand for improved control while also keeping the hand behind the muzzle during recoil. Controls throughout are enlarged for ease of use, and Mossberg even employs M-Lok along the magazine extension for accessories. An 18.5” version and laser-mounted configurations are available, too. Taurus Model 58
Based out of Bainbridge, Ga., Taurus USA has announced a revamp of an EDC design that come and gone a few times before. Originally dubbed the PT58 and produced from 1988 to 1996, and again in 2006 to 2010, for 2025, Taurus has relaunched the guns, now made to modern standards. The all-new Model 58 comes as a .380 ACP-chambered semi-automatic pistol with a double-action/single-action configuration and will be available in black or stainless steel finishes. The guns are built on an aluminum frame to save weight and feature ambidextrous controls, which include a manual safety and decocking mechanism. A drift-adjustable, square-notch rear sight and fixed post front come standard. Magazines have capacity for 15 rounds of .380 ACP, with 10-rounders available for capacity-restricted states. Rossi USA Brawler In 5.56 NATO & .300 BLK
One of many new guns announced in 2023 was the Brawler handgun from Rossi USA. This simple single-shot came originally chambered for .45 Colt and also took .410 bore shotshells, making it a versatile platform that works just as well in the wilds as it does in the bug-out bag. For 2025, Rossi USA is upping the ante with its Brawler by including two new models that add to the design’s inherent flexibility. With new chambering options in 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout., the Brawler’s versatility now extends as a companion gun for those packing similarly chambered rifles and carbines, and it is threaded for sound suppression. The Rossi USA Brawler, in 5.56 NATO and .300 Blackout, comes with a single-action trigger, crossbolt safety, heavy-duty rubber grip and a textured-polymer fore-end. The receiver is made of steel, yet features a black-polymer overmold, which helps protect it from the elements. No sights are included, however, the Brawler comes with a Picatinny rail for optics. Rossi USA R95 Triple Black Pistol
It hasn’t been but a few years since American Rifleman editors first saw Rossi’s foray into lever-action rifles, which are based on Marlin’s Model 336. And at the 2025 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Rossi USA unveiled a tactical-themed version dubbed the Triple Black. For 2025, Rossi USA is continuing with the Triple Black theme, but this time, in the form of a pistol. The new-for-2025 Rossi USA R95 Triple Black Pistol (TBP) will come with the line’s signature Black Cerakote finish, paracord-wrapped underlever, and short, 13.5” steel barrel that is also threaded for accessories. A Pictanny rail comes standard, and there are no backup sights on the TBR. The large-format TBP has options for .357 Mag., .44 Mag., .454 Casull and .45-70 Gov’t. RXD Suppressors: A Dead Air Silencers & Ruger Collaboration
Dead Air Silencers and Ruger Firearms joined in a collaborative effort to create a brand-new series of firearm sound suppressors. For 2025, the new RXD Series is poised to take both brands in new directions, and although the line is just getting started, it does feature two new robust offerings that should meet the needs of most rifle shooters plinking and hunting with sub-.30-cal. firearms. First up is the new RXD22Ti, which is made from titanium using additive manufacturing methods and is designed specifically for rimfire and magnum rimfire guns, as well as those chambered for 5.7×28 mm FN.
The full-auto-rated and field-serviceable RXD22Ti features a single-piece triskelion baffle core to reduce backpressure while providing improved sound suppression in a package that measures 5.6” long and weighs 5.6 ozs. with its XRF mount. In addition to the rimfire suppressor, Ruger and Dead Air have announced the RXD30Ti, which is a .30-cal. suppressor capable of being used on guns chambered up to and including .300 PRC. Triskelion and Nomad baffle technologies are utilized within the RXD30Ti to make the most of its sound-dampening and recoil-mitigating properties; an integrated E-Brake is built within to help deliver up to a 40 percent reduction in recoil. The bulletsmiths at Sierra Bullets have announced a new component bullet for 2025 that is aimed squarely at hunters who load their own ammunition. The brand has done extensive research to deliver some of the best terminal performance that is possible for hunters to bag that trophy animal of a lifetime.
