Armed Citizen® Today A late-night altercation between two men in Philadelphia ended with the aggressor wounded and facing charges, while an armed citizen defended himself. Police say that at about 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, a 48-year-old man threatened a 36-year-old man and then pointed a gun at him.
