The NYPD is investigating an incident in which a man allegedly fired a pellet gun at a woman holding her two-month-old baby on Staten Island. The attack occurred on May 2 around 7 p.m. while the woman was on Jerome Avenue in South Beach, resulting in a minor injury to her back.

Authorities are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect, who fled the scene in a silver sedan, heading westbound on Evergreen Avenue. Thankfully, the victim declined medical attention and is reported to be in stable condition.
