The incident unfolded around 4 a.m., when three men approached employees as they were taking out the trash and demanded they go inside, ultimately leading to a significant theft from the establishment’s safe.
An employee, Cameron, described the frightening experience where his coworkers were forced to lay on the floor with their hands on their heads, a moment charged with fear and uncertainty. In response to the incident, Carolina Ale House has implemented additional security measures, including hiring private security and offering trauma counseling for their staff.
