A Spanaway letter carrier was robbed at gunpoint on March 31 by a suspect driving a stolen vehicle who managed to steal a master key used for accessing mailboxes. According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, this master key could affect the mail delivery of hundreds or even thousands of local residents, raising significant concerns over potential theft of personal items.
Fortunately, law enforcement quickly apprehended the suspect, a 33-year-old male, after locating the stolen vehicle.
