Redding police have arrested two teenagers following the discovery of illegal firearms, including a loaded ghost gun, in their possession. The incident occurred on Tuesday night when officers observed the youths leaving the A-1 Smoke Shop on Churn Creek Road, leading to a subsequent investigation that uncovered a stolen handgun as well.

One of the suspects is identified as 18-year-old Atticus Magana, while the name of the 17-year-old has not been released due to legal restrictions. Both individuals now face multiple gun-related charges, raising concerns about youth access to firearms in the area. The arrest highlights ongoing issues surrounding illegal gun possession and its implications for community safety.
