Based on the successful 9 mm-chambered FN 509 series of semi-automatic pistols, the FN 545 Tactical comes as an upsized version in .45 ACP, featuring a 4.7” cold-hammer-forged-steel barrel that is threaded 0.578×28 TPI for accessories. FN’s 545 Tactical is a fully modernized pistol, complete with a low-profile optics-mounting system, tuned trigger, Picatinny rail and modular grips. Tritium sights also come standard, along with 18-round magazines; 10-round compliant versions are available.
