The University of South Florida (USF) police have issued a No Trespass Order to Victor Anthony Rodriguez, a male with no affiliation to the university, after a gun case and magazines were found in the Fine Arts Building. Recovery of the items occurred on April 19, with body camera footage revealing that the gun case contained three empty magazines and was discovered in a men’s restroom garbage can.

Rodriguez, 35, who has a prior criminal history involving multiple felonies, was initially uncooperative when questioned by officers.
