Vudoo Gun Works, manufacturer of precision rifles and firearms, has relocated its headquarters and all manufacturing to Prague, Okla. The company opened in 2017 and operated out of St. George, Utah, until this year.

“We are delighted to establish our new headquarters in Prague,” said Jacob Herman, CEO of Vudoo Gun Works. “This move reflects our dedication to innovation, growth and customer service. Oklahoma is a pro-Second Amendment state where elected officials actively support the Second Amendment, making it an ideal location for Vudoo Gun Works.”

Vudoo operations have moved into an existing facility in Prague that has a history of precision machining and firearm manufacturing. The company expects to ultimately create 60 jobs in Oklahoma. Operations began on August 18.

“We are excited to welcome Vudoo Gun Works to their new home in Prague,” said John Budd, CEO of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. “With the nation’s first bachelor’s degree in gunsmithing offered right down the road at Murray State, Oklahoma was the obvious choice for Vudoo’s relocation. This announcement is a testament to our state being the best place in the country to build and grow a business, and to our support of the Second Amendment.”

Upgrades made to the new site were tailored to allow the company to increase production capacity and further its precision rifle development. The site also features on-site accuracy testing.

The company’s precision rimfires were the first offerings to gain the attention of enthusiasts. Its line has expanded since to include centerfires and M1911 pistols. Herman assumed the CEO role in July 2024, the same month the firm changed ownership.

Orders are currently being fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Customers with questions can contact the company at [email protected]. New orders, or inquiries about placing one, should be e-mailed to [email protected].
