Newly released body camera footage captures Asia McCoy, 36, admitting to pointing a loaded firearm at a man over a parking dispute at a Costco in Florence, Kentucky. The confrontation escalated on June 14, leading to McCoy pulling a gun after a physical altercation over a parking spot, which witnesses described as instigated by both parties.

In the video, McCoy engages with officers, acknowledging her actions while claiming the man involved struck her first. Despite her assertions, the footage contradicts her narrative, showing her attempting to reach for the man’s necklace before he hits her in response. Officers ultimately arrest McCoy, discovering marijuana in her vehicle, as they address the seriousness of brandishing a weapon in such a situation.
