Portland police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Jose Luis Galindo-Maldonado, who was killed on July 5 near Northwest 3rd Avenue and Everett Street. In a bid to advance the investigation, authorities released a photograph of the suspect and urged the public to assist in identifying him or providing information about his whereabouts.
