Authorities have identified Eric Kulakow, a 59-year-old suspect who was fatally shot by San Diego Police Department snipers during a standoff on March 25. The situation escalated when Kulakow allegedly threatened construction workers and a pest-control employee with a handgun before pointing the weapon at officers, prompting SWAT intervention.
