Michigan State Police’s recent operations in Macomb County lead to the recovery of 2,000 pills along with a significant cache of narcotics, two assault rifles, and over $30,000 in cash. The enforcement team executed a search warrant in Highland Park on April 17, uncovering various drugs, including a half-pound of fentanyl and psilocybin mushrooms, alongside a stolen handgun and a pill press used for drug distribution.

In a separate incident a few days earlier, police seized additional narcotics comprising hydrocodone, oxycodone, and methamphetamine, as part of an ongoing investigation into a Metro Detroit drug trafficking network.
