Santa Rosa police arrest two individuals after discovering two empty bottles of suspected promethazine and a ghost gun in their vehicle during a late-night traffic stop. Officers approached the car, where the occupants, Alejandro Medina-Ballesteros, 20, and Jose Fuentes, 29, were allegedly smoking marijuana, and found not only the bottles but also approximately 1.5 pounds of marijuana and a loaded, concealed, and unserialized Poly 80 9mm handgun.
