New For 2026: Kimber 2K11 Comp

Kimber entered the 2011-style handgun market first with the carry-oriented KDS9c, quickly followed up by a competition-style 2K11 design. It’s this latter design that has been expanded upon in 2026 with the release of the company’s 2K11 Comp model, available in both standard and Pro variants.

Each Kimber 2K11 Comp pistol features an integrated port compensator located just behind the muzzle end of the slide and ahead of the fiber-optic front sight. When the gun is fired, propellant gases are directed upward through the ported barrel and slide, counteracting recoil forces and keeping the muzzle flat for faster follow-up shots.

Like Kimber’s other 2K11 designs, each 2K11 Comp is outfitted with the company’s GT Signature Trigger, as well as a carbon-fiber, glass-filled nylon Matrix Grip. The guns are outfitted with an external extractor and a toolless guide rod, as well as an optic-ready configuration on the slide. All the guns have an improved magazine well geometry to speed reloads, and select models are outfitted with Stan Chen Customs magazine wells.

Kimber’s standard 2K11 Comp models are available in all-black and stainless-steel variants, and each retails for $2,345. Two Kimber 2K11 Pro Comp models are also available, each featuring a full-length, railed dustcover, and these retail for $2,499. For more information, visit kimberamerica.com.
