Weldon Boyd, the gunman involved in a prominent road rage incident that resulted in the death of Scott Spivey, files a lawsuit against attorney Mark Tinsley. Boyd alleges Tinsley is leveraging the case to increase his own fame after representing Spivey’s family, claiming the attorney’s actions are obstructing his pursuit of justice.
