Armed Citizen® Today A pipe-wielding aggressor was shot and wounded by a homeowner in Stuart, Va., after a series of threatening actions and property damage, according to Patrick County law enforcement officials. The 34-year-old suspect approached the property of a 78-year-old Stuart homeowner while wielding an iron pipe. Bullets in flight are subject to nature’s forces. Through the decades, manufacturers have developed bullets to somewhat counteract the effects of wind, gravity and atmospheric drag with a streamlined shape incorporating a boattail and long ogive terminating in a sharp point.
